Does this mean too much light? Leaves slightly angled down. They were stretching at first so I put them on 3” block. I know it could also mean too much water, but one was not watered recently. Anyway to know for sure? 14,000 lumens. 440 ppfd using phone app

They look fine. Cannabis does that leaves down and then up everytime without there is no deficiency or toxicity. If you look on timelapse videos you can see that leaves are going down and up while they are growing. You should worry about when you see some signs (discoloration, spots etc) on leaves. Also if you are not overwatering or underwatering as i said they do that down and up thing.
