Seedling leaves pointing up?

Hey guys, I found this pic that describes my problem perfectly , my 14day old seedlings leaves are folding up towards the lights?
What could this be? it doesn't have the tip burn, just the leaves are doing this, 2x 85 watts ( 12/12 cos i have flowering plant next to it )

I had this yesterday when I left the fan on and humidity got a bit low after switching it off they came back down in a few hours. What's your humidity levels?

I also had the fan directly on the seedling, but moved it away now, i don't know the humity level neva checked it, bad on my part (is there a way to estimate) , still a newbie

Well things might improve since the fan is not taking away moisture also humidity is important during seedling stage. You can grab a temp/humidity reader really cheap, I've got this bad boy which is handy as it has a Max/Min setting so you can see what is happening overnight ect. But any Hygrometer will work just fine

It may not be getting enough light try getting it under a 24/0 light cycle and get some 6500k bulbs on this guy

Seems like it was the fan taking the moisture out of the air around the seedling, moved it away from the fans direct flow and within 5 hours the leaves have dropped and looks perfect again! Who woulda thought!
