Seedling leaves have a few curls at it's beginning?

Hey everyone!

I would like to know if anyone would have a quick idea of why are my new leaves curling like this?

I could give you my little closet specs but I would just like a quick thinking reply first of what might be the problem :)

My first thought was heat stress, but that plant is proper stretchy which suggests not enough light/light too high.

If its not mutation like pervy birdy says, it may be over watering thats giving you the curl. Do you wait till its light in your hand to fill it up? Remember, its not going to drink a whole cup of water in two-3 days right?

My girlfriend was watering every 2 days, not giving them alot of water, just to keep the surface of the soil humid.
When she told me to water the plants I watered them enough to see the water run off at the bottom of the pot. My girlfriend told me i watered them too much, but I have read on the internet that you need 20% of the water to run off at the bottom of the pot?

Heat stress would surprise me because the room temp is 24 degrees and right below the lamp on the plants its around 26-28 degrees.

My whole room have paper reflector on walls, and I the light is at least 30 cm to the closest of the plant or higher. I wouldnt think it is missing light!

I have a 250w MH light and a 190 cfm exhaust fan with the carbon filter.
I placed a fan in there too for air circulation and a warm humidifier because I've read having 60-80% humidity in the first few weeks is great and I took it warm because it's cooler in the basement and I don't want the room to cool down too much.

The only problem here is that I need to keep my door open when my lights are on, wich is not subtle, because it's getting to hot in there, but I should receive my intake fan next week!

The temps are 21-22 degrees (celsius) when the lights are off and 26-28.5 degrees right under the plants when they are on and 24 degrees in the rest of the room.

When the lights are off, humidity goes up between 70-80%, when they are on it's between 50-60%

I agree, def overwatered. A plant that size doesn't belong in that large of a container, this leads to it being over watered. Let it dry out completely and then water for the size of the plant not the size of the container (much less) but right around the little guy. dont water the entire pot until the plant is larger.

Next time start them off in a smaller pot, like a 10oz plastic cup then transplant them into those pots when they are like 6" tall.
