Seedling leaf tips curling and dying!

Hey everyone, my first post here :bigjoint:

I started growing with some seeds i got from some nice weed, but my seedlings are looking a lil bit off....

Plant 1 (see pic) looks oky apart from some yellowing/dying of the leaf tips. They also kinda curl down.

Oky plant 2 looks really crap (see pic), and im not sure if it will live!:-(

I am growing in coconut husk as a soil medium and watering with less than half strength balanced liquid nutrients.
I have 4 cool white CFL's at 20w each, about an inch from the plants. I water them when i feel the soil is dry (about once a day, not a large amount)

Any help will be greatly appreciated !! I dont want my second plant to die! Thanx in advance

Oh and the plants are both about 2 weeks old

Over watered, Maybe.
Nute Burn for sure.

Put that thing in a 6 inch pot and water it through with with plain water. You look like you are using COCO of some sort. Put a fan lightly blowing on them.

One thing about CFLs are they don't have healing powers.

When i have young clones that i let dry out, deprived, burned, or over watered. cfls will not bring them back as quick as a metal halide.
(Yes COCO can be over watered with young plants with little circulation of air.)

I don't mean to intrude on your thread dude, but,

GoldenGanja check my post out and help me. You seem to know your way around a grow room.

Plant problems and cures- humidity, ph, ???
