Seedling leaf curling in??

I've got two Hawaiian Haze seedlings, both have their second set of leaves coming in, but the little leaves on one of them are curling in. Is this something I should be worried about? It might sort itself out but I wanted to stop it early of there is a problem. I attached a picture of the one that's curling as well as the other one for comparison

environment details? temps, rh, distance from the lamp, wattage, ph ecc.?
it is hard to tell knowing basically nothing, i will try to guess.. too much heat combined with too low humidity, OR one fan blowing directly on the seedlings?

it can even be too much water in the substrate. with low root oxygenation..

Sorry about that, I thought I uploaded the pic. It sounds like it might be my fan. Uploading pix now. They are 24 inches from my 600W LED light.

I usually wait until the soil is dry a couple knuckles deep

if only the one with the fan pointed directly is curling, you might have known the issue!
