Seedling Issue

Blessings fellow farmers.
InI have been growing for a while and Jah bless we with prime high grade meditation many times over.
Recently I man start a new run of some bagseeds a friend gave me from his crop that got stressed into hermie. I forget the exact strain but he say it is a sativa. I'm hoping they are mostly female from they came off a hermie.
Problem is, one plant is growing much slower than the other 2 and is more yellow all over. I germinated in paper towel like always and went directly into black gold organic soil. Ever since then it went yellow starting at the apex but only this one. The others did great from the start. Know I put dem in big pots too soon but why is one stunted more than the others? I have a few others germinated same time that I put near a window fe houseplant. They are much smaller. Should I transplant one of dem to the grow room and start over with it?
I obviously don't know which ones are girls yet and will be doing LST once they get big enough.
Any help is appreciated.

Hard to see in that lighting.

The bottom one is clearly not doing so well. They were both planted at the same time.

Sometimes you get duds and there's nothing you can do. I assume you used the same soil, etc. for this one. Just wait and see if it makes it. If not, sounds like you have plenty of others going strong. Good luck!
