Seedling is dying! Please help! Pics are included!

I've had this plant for a little over a week now. I overwatered it yesterday and I put the plant under a 150 watt flood light for about 30 seconds attempting to dry the soil. I noticed that the leafs were turning a little yellow/orange, I turned the floor light off, went to bed and when I woke up, I put them outside (I normally grow using the sun), I went to get something from the shopping center, about 35 minutes to an hour I came home to find the plant like that..
Please help! I have no clue what to do, considering this is my first grow!

frist off stop watering that can be a major issuse

second...check your soil ph ...

3rd u need to set the plants in a spot and start a light cycle .......18 hours of light 6 hours of dark is the normal for photo plants

I was told that the soils ph level was at 7 from where I bought it

I've also got another plant growing (they were planted at the same time) The other plant is doing perfect, but this one is just :// I don't know.

soil ph is controlled by microbos and the water u give it

if the water is to high or 2 low in ph it will change the soil ph ( u need a soil metter tester or do the run off trick)
run off trick is u over load the planter with water as the water drips out u get some in a vile and test it..............it gives u a idea of what it is in the soil

Thank you! I'll be sure to purchase on of them. Should I leave my plants out in the sun though or bring them inside for a little bit?

this also might be part of the trouble

are u in the souther half of the world or are u in the usa

the light waves from the sun have shifted in the northern part

Can you elaborate on run off testing? Do you start with a specific water ph when you flush? Do you compare the two, before the dirt and the runoff? Thanks in advance.

this is how it works

spring and most of summer we are in a blue lightwave from the orbit around the sun ...........in mid summer around the aug 18 20 the orbit hits the peak and we are backing away so the light changes to red color

blue light is in the range of 5000 to 6500 ( light wave measurements)
red light is in the range of 2100 to 2700

photo plants (most weed is unless u get a auto plant) responds to this
blue light ......is growing time gets big and bushy ........the light shifts in nature
red light ........this triggers flowering in the plants with the altered number of hours

to grow weed ............u want blue light on a time of 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness a 18/6
to flower weed ...........u want it in red light for a 12 hours on 12 hours off pattern a 12/12

the growing lights ranked from cheapest(and least dence buds) but good ones
cfls.............store brand bulbs
T5s.............fluorescent lights the t is just the pin size t5 and t8 are most common used grow
HID.............this is the one most growers use it is a ballast sytem with light bulbs .....MH bulb is grow......HPS is flower/buds(heat is issuse so fans and ducting)
LED..............are good lights but they still cost money ppl use for hidden grows do to low heat...a 600w led is = in grow power to a 1000 watt HID so they say

led and hid are tied for the best system it just all depends on what u are with with as in funding and space
note led grows the leaves seemt to bee bigger and thicker compared to hid

well seedlings never give them direct sunlight ....... shade light for the frist week 10 days (or t5 lights) then u move them into direct light (or hids/leds)

all that stuff up top is just farm talk ....broken into techinal so u could shop and grow inside

Something i noticed nobody else picked up on - he put the seedling under a floodlight - Im taking that floodlight was halogen? Very bad for plants - especially seedlings - you probably crisped her off a little bit

Then in the sun - you nearly finished her off - keep her out of intense light and look for new growth - id start some new seeds though depending how bad she looks - could be a week behind now
