What kind of light are you using? That thing is stretching way too much man. Also do you have a fan blowing on it?

your lights needs to be closer and get cfl's, halogens are too high in red spectrum and produce too much heat

I think it'll survive and be fine. Though it is stretching too much. You cannot grow with incandescent or halogen lights. You want fluorescent lights. Use ones that are rated 5000k or more. Ideally 6500K is what you want at this stage. 6500K means the lights are putting out light in the blue spectrum which is used for vegging. 2700K is the red spectrum and it is used for flowering. If you don't have the lights, try putting it outside, that is if you can safely do so. Also, you could try putting it in a window that gets a lot of sun. Plus, you should put that baby in a bigger pot. I've noticed that it doesn't take long for the roots to go deep. I've had sprouts that were 3 inches long in three days before. So you can imagine what is happening in that soil in 2 1/2 weeks. I'd recommend putting it in another container and then propping it up with soil instead of that straw you're using. Lastly, get some kind of a fan on it. You don't want too much, but just enough to make the leaves flutter. Best of luck to you.
