Seedling havin a bit of a problem

Hey guys. New to growing and everything. Noticed this little baby started curling over backwards, and yet the others arent. Anyone know what this means? Sorry bout the bad quality but its the best I could get.

it may just be the seed....it looks a bit pale.

you could be over watering it....

add some perlite to your soil
