Seedling Fertilizing

So my plants have just sprouted and are looking good, they've been in the soil for like 6 days now. I was wondering when i should start fertilizing them, i'm guessing with a 20-5-5 fertilizer, and how much i should use. Thanks
 
I use half strength nutes. dilute with half water once you have mixed it up. I start to do it when they get to 3 - 4 inches.
 
3-4 weeks is way over kill.3-4 inches is right..i would use a quater nutes...umm an get some less strong nutes..i just picked up some fox farm which is 6-4-4 an i use that at half strenth..
