Seedling cotyledon dying before first true leaves

First time grower here,
Seedling poped above the ground around 3 days ago, and one of the cotyledon seems to already have died, the tips of the leaves that are comming up also seem to be burned/pale?

Using a 50w led floodlight ~20 inches above the plant, was getting ~600 ppfd (measured on the ppfd meter android app), i've been noticing this since 2 days and thought it's light burn so I put an improvised ubrella on top of it to bring it down to around 200ppfd yesterday (im growing in a bucket so the lights can't be moved) and it actually got much worse.

Using an organic potting mix i got from a local nursery which is mostly a mix of coco pete, perlite, and worm castings.
I'll add it's fairly hot here, around 34c at 35% humidity.

Any way to save this plant?

I'd start another seed in case that one doesn't recover.

35c at 35% RH is not ideal, particularly for a seedling. Less temp and more RH would be beneficial.

There's no 50w light in existence that's gonna produce 600ppfd at 20"; your measurements are erroneous.

I could cover it with a humidity dome for now and see if that helps, I had thought about keeping it on because of the low humidity but i wasn't sure if the stagnant air would be good for it.

600ppfd did sound too good to be true for the cheap lights im using, I chalked it off to it being in a fairly small and reflective bucket. I'll try measuring with a different phone, but the way it's starting to die from the tips made me think it's light burn.

Start a new seed. That soil looks really wet really wet for a seedling , up the humidity and keep temps between 75-81 bring your lights closer. If you can take it out the dirt and damp it off a lil then put her in some dry soil and mist it with a spray bottle ph at 6.0-6.5 water youll be fine. Just know she is stunted and will take longer to recover

Gently pull it out and put in a small container, like a solo cup of soil. Make sure water can drain and put it near window. When they first pop, they barely need water or light. It wants to grow roots right now and some leafs.

Flood light gets the leafs too hot and the spectrum is goofy. I did that a long time ago and it always went bad. Use the sun! Its outdoor season in a few weeks anyway.
