Seedling autopsy - what caused this?

Hey guys! This is my first time growing.

I had one seedling died on me almost in 1 and half days, incredibly quick. I have no idea why, maybe some of you can help me identify the problem.

(P.S. I use a 60x60x100 tent, Light: Viperspektra 300W LED, the ventilation works without a problem, one external fan, one small oscillating fan, the temperatures vary between 26-31 Degrees Celcius and humidity between 30%-60%, 18/6 light cycle, I use Plagron All-mix grow soil)

For this seedling I was using one of those biodegradable small pots:

So this photo is taken 2 days ago, the plant was approx 5 days old, she was doing great:

Yesterday I watered it in the morning, I went out and came back home 4 hours later and I found her like this:

I tried to make her stand with a pencil:

But, it didn't work apparently cause this morning this is how I found her with all leaves curled upwards and closed down like this:

So I'm assuming she's dead. I have no idea what caused this and how did this happen so quickly. I have another seedling which was in a plastic cup, she's very healthy so far. Why did this one died on me like this?

I have a theory and it's that it's because of this biodegradable cup, it seems like it doesn't hold water at all, it sucks it up from the soil and evaporates it. The soil was becoming extremely dry in every 3 to 4 hours. So either because of this dry periods my seedling got dried out or I overwatered it trying to deal with this extreme drying caused by the pot.

I can't find any other reason, do you have any idea? Has any of you used these type of pots before? I'm trying to learn my lesson here so that next time maybe I can save the seedling.

Oh btw the seed was from Royal Queen Seeds Amsterdam, it's a feminized White Widow.

Thanks for reading and thanks already for your answers!

Have a great sunday!
