Seedling assistance

I have been having slow growth problems with my current run. My PH is sitting at 5.8, and I have my lights 30+ inches from the buckets. My seedlings are also loosing color. I am running 1/2 strength Humboldt Secret.Running Ethos cookies pack. Any feedback would be great.

Humidity seems low for seedlings, a VPD of 1.7 is asking a lot out of an immature root system.
1/2 strength is what? EC/PPM/TDS?

I have to agree with keep it real, 1.7 VPD is higher than I run in peak flower. Babies want to be .8 or so. Get your humidity up to 65% with a humidifier and for now turn the light down a little or raise it up some to give them a chance to adjust. I'm not a hydro grower so I can't advise on feeding.
