For the slurry test, am I just checking the pH of the clear water?
ph should be fine in ffof. no reason at all to check it. the ph is set to 7.0 in ff soils. its a root problem. id just start over if its not growing. ph is only a concern in soil if ur feeding heavily and not watering in between feedings. idk what the deal is with these fools thinking its always ph related. it isnt hydro lo. ive grown SO many plants with great harvests and never even used a ph except when plants were yellowing from unrelated issues and then i tested runoff

So I left the plant alone for about a week, and each day it got worse and worse. About 3 or so days ago as a last effort to try and save it, I transplanted it into just straight coco coir/perlite mix. As you can see, she is not happy at all and I have no idea what's wrong.

I haven't watered it since I last posted, so I think we can rule overwatering out at this point.
The temperature has been very consistent between 74-80F and humidity between 60-70%.
A soil runoff test gave me a pH of 6.8, so there shouldn't be an issue there either.

I also have a second plant that finished germinating and instead of putting it in the custom soil mix I listed above, I just threw it in some potting soil. I don't believe it could be nutrient burn, but on the label, the potting soil lists the following: 00.30% Total Nitrogen 00.10% Available Phosphate 00.10% Soluble Potash

From the reading I've done, you don't want to feed until they're into their vegetative stage, but could this be a LACK of nutrients?

The first photo is of the second plant that's been in the tent for about a week now and is beginning to show the same signs as the first plant before turning into what looks like guaranteed death. The next 4 photos are of the original plant . Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you!

EDIT - Despite the fact the original plant looks like it'd be crunchy with how wilted it is, the leaves still feel pretty strong/soft, not crunchy in the slightest.

I think you should lift your light to 30 inches. You need about 100 PAR at this stage. If your leaves start to taco and folded down, its telling you its too much. I just figured this out a few days ago.

Maybe slightly overwatered, but overall its fine. These things are pretty hardy
