Seedling and timing advice please!

Hellooo, so i've put my seeds into rapid rooters as soon as they popped (paper towel method) i put them in the rooters on the 10th , and i am using a reptile fogger machine to build the humidity in the dome its PERFECT. but its been 3 days and theyre all sprouted and have a single white root tail coming out of the bottom of the raid rooter. since their is root showing, is it safe to transplant into 1gallon fox farm?

I like the use of the fogger. I'd say it would be safe to transplant...just be gentle with the roots.

I use rapid rooters....no dome with seeds for me....also I wait till a few roots come out the side, let some structure form then transplant into a gallon, then again so on...more roots mean more uptake...
