I have ordered ordered over 10 times in the past year. This is the first time I had any delay in my order. I ordered 5 Dutch Passion fem. Blue Moonshine on Jan. 4th. I sent 2 polite emails last weekend, never got a return email. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IMHO.
I actually was going to place an order two years ago, but I wasn't sure the site was legit (their prices on Greenhouse and Dutch Passion were too good to be true). So I emailed them about buying seeds, and I never got a reply back. So I bought from Attitude and Dope-seeds instead. I saw threads on different forums about how they were for real. So I placed an order and got my seeds to east coast USA in 5 days. They were always shipped and delivered within 4-7 days. Good quality seeds. I wish they would ship my seeds. The funny thing is I can only put one order at a time a GN using cc, so while I was waiting, I put in an order to Attitude for 5 Buddha White Dwarfs, 5 Barney's Farm Nightshade and 5 Greenhouse Lemon Skunk. I tried out a new seedbank www.discountseedcompany.co.uk and I am waiting for them to deliver 5 Lowlife White Russian and 5 Flying Dutchman Dame Blanche. Hopefully, I will get them soon, as I ordered 8 days ago.

i emailed them the other day and asked if they were still in business.they emailed me the nex day and said "yea dude, were still in business.wat do you tthink,lol.

the boutique are top of the banks with a couple others for variety and delivery .ive got all my orders with freebies and they have been the fastest to the southern hemisphere .

Maybe the poll should specify shipments to the U.S. My first order with Boutique arrived in 2 weeks(south east coast) but just half the order.The half I got is the Church by Greenhouse Seed Co.The Church was having germination problems and I would imagine various seed banks should have pulled their Church from inventory.I wonder if Boutique sent me Church that should have been pulled.I won't germ. mine until the spring.I am in the U.S. and Boutique says I must wait 10 weeks to see if they get the package back.End of January will be 10 weeks.I don't expect any seeds to be re-shipped.If you have good experience with them,that's great.I won't order from them again....

Swamped is right....but we thank you all for your patience and understanding during the holiday period which created the current backlog. The kitties are working diligently to get orders processed and on the way. Orders are being processed in the following priority:

1. CC orders from Sboo first priority...large backlog still.
2. SBay orders going out daily as they are received...there is no Sbay backlog.
3. Sboo orders (cash/money order) with order number referenced on order third priority.
4. Sboo orders (cash/money order) with NO order number referenced fourth priority.

Hang in there ya'll! The Sbay kitties are working as fast as possible....stepped in there today and the fur was flying! Their paws are moving fast!
