its not legal kinda grey area if there is no invoice or order info then whats to say someone didnt send you a gift if you are caught they will be siezed and thats about it if your package has green tape from customes dont open take a picture and email it to your seed company if you got the garenteed shipping

Thanks guys...Ill stick to bagseed...never really had much of a problem with them anyways, just the aggrivation of not knowing if theyre girls or not.

It's illegal. But the chances of getting caught, and the punishment if you do is nil, noda, zero.
I have ordered from Attitude and Herbies Headshop for about two years, maybe 20 orders in total. Never had an issue.
Buy some good seeds, those bagseeds you have are crap.

Lol i know bag seed is unpredictable but far from crap tho imo...i smoke alota dank mmj, those bagseeds were not at that level by no means but not to be put in the crap cattogory either haha...Some good TL&C and all tha good stuff they love u got some decent smoke...they were seeds from a higher mid grade stash tho.That aside id love to get ahold of a strain of preffrence bt just dont know if i can grow tha balls lmao

Of course, some bagseed from dank weed can produce great weed but if it was truly dank weed it wouldn't of had seeds in it to begin with.
My main point is it is worth spending the money on good genetics from a reputable seed shop if you plan of growing dank weed. After time once you find your favorite strains you can then either mother or clone that strain and never have to buy seeds again.

Numerous orders thru Attitude without a problem even thou I do worry about each one and shouldn't. I think it's just bad luck when CBP catches a package, not a steely eyed agent using hi tech equipment. And as has been said, this is an ultra small seizure in the grand scheme of things.
