Seed Question..

Lack of striping on commercial seeds is probably due to how they are handled by the seed maker after harvest. I think they dry the plants so the flowers break up easily and then get run through a seed sorter apparatus to separate the seed from the plant material, then through a seed counter.

It gets handled alot differently than carefully plucking out bag seeds, or just a few pollinated branches.

All the seeds I've ever made have the stripes/markings. Doesn't matter if it's 100% indica, or 100% sativa, they have em. I could post pics to prove it but I'm too lazy at the moment.
