this relies on the mother of the clone or the genetics of the seed if the mother plants are healty and produce potent buds, then every clone grown in the same condition will be exactly as the mother, for seeds your dealing with genetice, genotypes and phenotypes, a bunch of the same seed could produce vastly different plants. it all depends, both are good methods but most will start from seed and then chose the best females to clone

It may be simpler to start a first grow with clones. That way you eliminate the germination process. Many folks get boggled down trying to start seeds. A good clone will give you about a 30 day head start with your grow.......BB

Sorry tokr, I don't understand what your question is, LOL, maybe try again when you're not so "high". But good luck & good grow.......BB

'better' is subjective.
clones tend to be more reliable because their growers/makers generally have a good idea of how the mother and her sisters are expected to behave. they're also more convenient because they're guaranteed female (unless you're dealing with a complete scammer fuckstick, in which case you *really* want to reevaluate your connections lol). and the bonus head start, like ^ says.
seeds are a bit more finicky and it definitely helps if you have some botanical knowledge already. that said, a plant from seed carries none of its mother's deficiencies or diseases (or potential mutagens from the cloning process, although this is a lesser problem over the short term), and is generally held to be more robust, plant-health-wise (as opposed to potency, which really depends on the genetics).

BUT, since you're talking outdoor, one thing i will say is whether you're starting from seed or clone, i would recommend not putting your babies outside until they're fairly well-established plants. new seedlings (especially at the peak of spring as Our Green Lady seems to prefer), are vulnerable as hell.

@abudtoker: the lady you were smoking off probably got germinated by a higher-pedigreed stud somehow. (this happens.) also: seeded pot tends to taste less nice, since they're funnelling a lot of their nutrients into the seed and not crystal production.
