I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on buying online seeds or if I should even attempt it. I live in Florida, but I have seen that some sites say they will ship anywhere? How is that legal? Is there a good chance you'll get caught? and is there a site that is very dependable (not a scam) I have tried digging out a few seeds out of a bag, but haven't had that much luck getting them to sprout. I've tried the wet sponge and the wet paper towels, maybe the seeds are to old.....Was thinking of ordering some , but would like some input ...Any advice will help! THANK YOU
