Ok so I germinated a white rhino seed and yesterday i thought it would be fine till to wait till today because the root wasn't that big. To my suprise this morning when i checked on it the leaves were coming out, is this still ok to plant and wont effect it? How much soil should I cover over it?

Just be careful. I just soaked 10 beans and forgot about them for a few days. They all did he same thing. I only killed one of the by being way too rough. I'm don't have a gentle touch and killed one of them. So, if you only have one seed, just be very careful. I would not use anything hard and sharp like metal tweezers. Radio Shack used to carry plastic tweezers that had pads on the ends for grasping tiny delicate objects. I would look for something softer like that, if you're really concerned.

be VERY cautious handling and transplant right away. transplant to a depth where the head is just above soil. do not tamp the soil around it, so as to not crush or dent the delicate tap root - just poke a hole with a pencil and lightly prod soil to cover. mist to moisten the soil and it will self fill the void space around the tap root without damaging it.
