Seed Companies

I'm new here and also new to growing but I was just looking at some different seeds over at attitude and based on what I was seeing, I'm starting to think that maybe seeds from one company may be of better quality than others?? Example, between the White Label Jack Herer and the Sensi Seeds Jack Herer there's ~84 bucks difference in the price. Now other than the more appealing description on the Sensi Seeds version, I don't see any other differences so I would have to just assume that the Sensi seeds Comaany itself is more reputable for quality.

Any opinions on this matter?

Sensi Seed Company is also hot for customs. You better of to G-map a shop around the world and go from there. I tempt not to shop in Netherlands. Anything from there is suspicious. trust me. New World. Or if you want to get good quality seeds. try websites the associate with the company. Attitude seed company! They do not deliver. They only have limited seeds. For a scam If they don't have the product, they'll will not send it to you. Instead you'll get a catalogue. And they'll say. "It's not our fault that it's missing. They are not responsible for any missing goods. they won't replace.

Here some useful tips for you.

1 Find out where they're located.

2 The seed companies that associates with the company that you choose, And when purchasing make sure you read descriptions, such as the seed company(who the breeder is, gender).

3 Make sure that you read the shipping and paymants. Pay by credit card is probably the fastest. Only Trouble is that you have to send the goods to the billing address, to avoid fraud. DO NOT SEND MONEY. Some company will ask for more, because by the time they arrive there, the currency will be different. Money transfer like Western union.
this option will be better if you want to send it to another place. With Packaging, some companies will show you how the will package and some will give you options.

4 when you pay, once you got the your tracking number. Write it down and delete the email.

5 Sign up to be a member so it's easy to track the order down. It All Depends where you live it should take about 8 to 9 days.

6 constantly check out catalogue that they email you. thats the one you want to buy, some of those are the new stock and new gen.

Thats all I hope I help you out. I wish I could tell you who I go through just for security reason.

Anything you order from attitude is going to get shipped from the UK, not the netherlands or any other place so dont worry about any of that. As far as different breeders being better and more reputable than others, sensi is top notch although they are extremely expensive, all depends on what kind of budget your working with. Not sure what this post before me is talking about, sounds a bit weird to me, Ive used Attitude over 20 times and never had problem, I always get the guaranteed shipping just to be safe, they are easily the most recommended bank I could point you to, but just for your own confidence keep asking around and you will see that attitude is the place. Other places that I would suggest would be nirvana or speedyseedz, Ive used both without any issues, Nirvana actually replaced an order for free when an package arrived with 4 out of 10 were damaged. Those are my basic 3, although there are others like hemp depot or dr. greenthumb, shouldnt have any problems but I just dont have the experience with them.

Thanks!! I like their selection. I first ended up there because I liked what I had read about Jilly Bean. Jack Herer is sounding better now but I'm sure in the couple of months that it's going to take me to design and build a closet for the grow I'll probably find a few more that sound good but whatever.

Do most folks ship to a PO box or something? I obviously want to be as secure as possible and then be even more secure. The main reason I'd like to grow my own is so that I never have to transport anything in my car like I do today.

Well attitude seeds by far i one of the most favorable. It's on my top along with nirvana and marijuana-seeds.nl. You can ship to your home its not that serious. but to be on the safe side you dont have to. You aren't faulted for what people send you hence people don't get in trouble for receiving seeds.

Sensi Seeds are very expensive seeds,if this is your first grow i suggest not buying those. Pick the cheaper Jack H. or a diff strain all together.
Greenhouse seeds make great cheap seeds of potent hit

I Had a bad run with Attitude. First order that I made was 5 white widows and 5 northern light. Instead a brochure for a trip to the UK turned up only to find nothing but a brochure. Me being naive thought, I'll give a go again to same company. This time I ordered 2 of each. The bizarre thing was, 3 weeks later after I ordered the 2nd time around. The first order the I made turned up. 5 fem NL, 5 fem WW. And 3 free seeds(turned out to be male, but this is how I got next gens.). What happened to the second order. Don't know. Good stealth pack. Turned out good at the end.

Now D.I.Y own feminizing seeds. Horticulturist's job isn't it:-P. End up having 8 varieties.

Attitude are OK as a company, had good service from them, but the WW fem seeds they sent gave rather poor, low yielding plants.
This year´s WW fem seed from Seedsman gave much better, more vigorous and potent plants. Good value as well.
