Seed City - Anyone else use them??

I ordered from seedcity a month ago and ordered 6 different (feminised) seeds and chose "stealth shipping with tracking".
The seeds came labled "skateboard toy" on the shipment and inside I found a fingerskateboard in its original packaging. The seeds were hidden within small plastick tubes (every strain labled) inside the bag of the toy, the bag was resealed with sealed with tape. Super satisfied and fast shipping too!

Hello Guru. It is never our intention to deceive or upset anyone. I can track your order with any information such as just a postcode? Alternatively if you could tell me your email address I should also be able to track it down. I am still a little confused as to what exactly has happened. We are an official BC Bud Depot Distributor and seeds come from them to us and then to you. Were the seeds you received labelled as Colombian Black or as BC Sweet Tooth? Did you contact us by email or phone about this issue as I cannot find anything? If there has been some error we are more than happy to re-send your order to you. However, I would like to get my head around what exactly has happened so that we can stop it from happening again if there is an issue.

I'll tell you what happened.
I called to complain the matter to the BC Bud Depot - without obligation.
They sent me a packet of pain and suffering as not to know what kind of seeds.
The fact that was neither BC Sweet Tooth, that's certain, because I flowered together with the Sagarmatha's Double Bubbleberry - and with the resulting seeds were longer flowering duration!!!
In the meantime, they have grown to 110% Sativas. And showed how kinds are they...

Then I saw with you the cheapest seeds are one of the old Colombian Black from GGG - onwards in your stock.
From there, it was already clear that you wrapped me in.

I can not write correctly in English, but I hope the point is clear.
So I will continue tomorrow.

I can assure you with 100% certainty that Seed City has never sent out any seeds that the customer has not ordered, we do not deceive our customers, I think our reviews speak for themselves on this issue. However, I can find, just on this forum alone, a lot of unhappy BC Bud Depot customers so I cannot with certainty state that the seeds sent to you were the ones you ordered, despite this not being an issue with us, rather with what they have sent to us. Therefore we are perfectly happy providing you with a gift certificate to the full value of your order which you could use to purchase some other seeds, maybe not BC Bud Depot ones. I will continue to look into complaints against BC Bud Depot and if evidence against them is plentiful we will stop selling their seeds. Some of the threads mentioning similar issues:

Not associated in any way with SC but I've purchased several times from them and have had nothing but great service and quality beans. They're my first choice when looking around and usually buy from them unless they don't have what I'm looking for.

I will say that this is the first time in a few years we've had a complaint of this nature but we are very happy to sort out any issue over email. We did not have any indication of Guru's unhappiness by email or phone or any other method until we saw his message here which we have dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. Ive never used them but just the fact that theyre on here trying to rectify it i have mad respect for. Most seedbanks would not. May throw an order there was solely for this reason. Props. And thanks for the input groerr

1. I never asked for compensation.
2. What difficulties and damage it has caused me a few seeds can not be remedied.
3. What has happened has happened. I did not lie in the story.
4. I do not want any compensation now, because I no longer trust you.
5. There are people who deify you, but I had another experience with you. It's nasty business.
6. Everyone I recommend not to buy seed dealer shops, but the direct ordering seeds from seed companies.
7th
I have since grown in just American varieties. Rather, I take the difficulties of raising sexing as the unabashed deception.

I think it likely that a small foreign country could risk sending the fake seeds.
Anyway ... She will never complain ...

I don't know who you are or where you're from but I'm smelling something odd here, perhaps someone form a competing bank? It's a fucking seed and shit happens. They've taken the time and balls to come here, have offered to fix their mistake, if in fact it ever happened. I'm all for getting my money's worth and will typically just shop competitors if I'm not happy with service. But if any vendor shows they are willing to make things right I have respect for that and have gone out of my way to give them business if they were straight up and provided good service. Grow up.

the plants are a hybrid, not full anything. as i said before your just crying and looking to blame someone else for your short fall.
