I dont think banks mess with paypal. If someone decides to pull a bitch move and report the transaction as weed related paypal will freeze account and steal what money you have on account.
Cash app type apps and cryptocurrency are the go to way to pay. Both are easy to set up, YouTube has videos to walk you through it.

Yes there’s a few I know of. Thinktank on ig and jbc seeds. Always use discretion if you pay with PayPal don’t leave a note ever.
