seed and clone questions!!

There are soooo many different sites for seeds, and soooo many different strains! I was looking at sannysshop.com, amneasia or somthing was the strain I was thinking about, is this a good site? Good strain? And I'm making a clone room in a cupbord. Probably using cfl, what wattage is best for clones? And a rooting hoarmone?

sannie's is a great spot ime.. really can't go wrong with anything from their imo..

any rooting hormone will work, some people don't even use any.. and seedlings / clones don't need all that much light, maybe 2 23 watts or so would do fine imo..

Does the clone room have to have a vapor barrier? Or cud I just throw them up on a table with a light on them? And what's a good seed starter? I tried peat seed things. Or shud I just us ffof?

no vapor barrier, just through them on w/e is available imo..

i just use fox farms ocean forest... or you could also use rapid rooters as well..

I was gunna mix 1 part perlite 1 part vermiculite and 1 part ffof is this a good mix to start seeds or clones?

seems a bit lite imo. i use about 25% perlite and no vermiculite at all.. ffof already comes pre cut with perlite, but i still add another 25% on top of that..
