Security camera,outdoor wireless, battery power? To my cell phone

Ive found a complety self contaned system its pretty much a game camer however, it is found ill loose my footage.. Ive seen a couple cameras that transmit to cell phones.. Does anyone know if anything like that is out there whiless internet wireless transmit to cell phone?? If not.. Ill make one and make some money!! Haha
