secret to fat buds

I agree with Little Tommy... just like Tomatoe plants, they need really good circulation, and overcrowding is like when you stuff a bunch of people onto a subway car, it's just not comfortable. Plus if light can't penetrate the canopy it doesn't matter how powerful it is. try some controlled pruning (not too far into flowering)... I used (2) 70W HPS lights from home depot and got 3 oz's from 3 plants. so i know you can do better... but mine were less than 3 ft tall. Goodluck growing!

i jus looked at ur last pix post n ur plants look great man... never mind the lite non dense buds... a lot of strains dont have compact tight buds, sum r airy n lite...

These pics are a bit better I think. I tried to take a more flattering pic of the one that's almost done (it's filling out last few days, maybe not that bad after all). I dunno, do these look scrawny? They're not as lush as some, for sure. They look fairly healthy to me.

It looks like there's still plenty of room for the light to penetrate the canope. They probably are overcrowded somewhat. If anyone else has an opinion on that, please chime in (2 pics attached). Hopefully the yield on this grow will be better than the first since I made a lot of newbie mistakes with that one. Thanks for the help.

those pics look must better than the first set... And I almost guarentee that your yeild will be higher... thats the way growing works- almost in reverse of smoking... the more you grow the higher your bud will get you... the more you smoke it- the more tolerance you build....

Looking better- good to see that you have confidence in them- and i am sure it will get you plenty high
