secret jardin tents

i order one from greners.com not to long ago but would like to create another option if i could. my reason for not choosing greners is because the one i got from them did not come with everything in the box. when i try to rectify the issue they tried to convince me that the missing piece didn't come with the tent in which they knew that i knew that they were lying. later on that week i got an email telling me that the piece was actually missing and that they would send it to me; it's been about 3 months and i have yet to receive it.
if anyone has brought a secret jardin from a different vendor other than greners could you please direct to them. thanks in advance.
