Looks like you'll pay in the long run ... cooling that space is gonna be where your $$ goes 2 big hid fixtures u HaVE to have ac... no doubt about it especially since there not in cool tubes you might get away with fan if you had sealed fixtures with glass duct work and inline fans exhausting the lights as a separate body of air but ur open air you gonna have to cool space as a whole .... 1000 are notorious for heat loss in efficiency everyone like the number 1000 but 1000 watts of his is no match for 800 watts of target led you pay up front but you can manage your heat much easier.... I have probably twice the light out put u have for half the electricity consumption ...but I played 1400$ upfront but you'll get to 1400 eventually running the acs to make it happin capn

Uh. Thanks...
Cooling was never a question or issue.

Gonna go ahead and have to say probably a no on the whole running twice as much power. But I'm real happy you like your lights... I'll run my inefficient HID's and not wait 10 years to recover the cost of a much more "efficient" led...

Just cuz it works doesn't mean it's the best why hang back with Jones when u can chill with the jetsons .... your lights produce a ppf of around 1.7 unmold per joule..less the the sun which is about 2.0 my leds are 2.5 I run em at 65 70 % and the 640 watt fixtures true watts not 640 replace ment there 4 288 rspec v2 boards on a hlg 600 54b driver more intense tben the sun flowering is a just becoming a science don't be hard headed this whole thing is about expansion and mind expansion as well the old dinosaurs had bones but the new jets are running on a whole another level of fuel it's a sliding scale u raise light intensity if your not raising food and. Co2 u reach a point of diminished returns at atmospheric co2 levels I have a feeling this is in vain but ...if u didn't have a cooling issue u will now that's all I'm saying
