not even close theres no mention of WMD's. while it looks at the insurgency it differentiates between the different groups within iraq and it goes into details on how the us and uk forces were helped when some of the insugency groups turned against the al queda presence there.

one of the parts that stood out the most to me was the iraqi people turning against al queda themselves, how they looked at the treatment of thier women and stood up against it.
Were you there pal? I was. It pisses me off eerytime someone pops off something like this. Let me tell you this. While you were sitting in your safe home, drinking your favorit beverage and watching your favorite tv show, there were americans and other brave soldiers from varius country giving their lives for your safety. Those people we were and still are fighting plan every waking hour on how they can rid the world of every human being that doesnt believe what they believe. So until youve walked a mile in my shoes, keep your fucking mouth shut. Fuck
And we treated the civilians fairly. It was a dictatorship not a government by the way. I saw how the poor people lived. Kids sleeping in their own shit and piss. Woman having their hands cut off for alowing other men to see their unveiled face. Not much of a government. It was horrific. I still have nightmares after seeing those poor children. We spent half our time giving out toys and radios and food to the people of iraq. Something their so called government wouldn't do.
So kicking in doors in the middle of the night and dragging iraqis out of their beds kicking and screaminhg would be something you would be alright with here in the good old USA then? I'm sure their were some humanitarian monents, but the overall gist of the Iraqi "invasion" was to fuck over Iraqis. As you mentioned, they were considered less than human. the sad thing is, given the same living conditions as we have here, they would seem as human as us. Proof is in the fact that there are many Iraqis living here and I'm pretty sure their kids are not living in piss and shit. Yes Sadam was a dictator and treated his people badly, but ask most Iraqis and they would gladly take Sadam back if the American invasion and occupation would have never happened. We, The USA, fucked over that country so badly that it will never recover. There will be hundreds of thousands of cancers due to DU munitions that are lying all over the place. When the dust storms kick up the dust, millions of Iraqis have to breath that crap. I was in the Nam and we fucked over the citizens there, napalmed them, carpet bombed them, both north and south. I personally was not in a front line unit, but I saw the devestation first hand. Please don't tell me giving a few toys and candy bars makes us heros, thet's pure brainwash and bullshit.
