Yeah pulled one of those, was just waiting to see which one was strongest.

bubbler is working great, first go at something like that. Those seedlings are growing alot faster than the big mumma did (just on a drip system). i've got a bigger black tub with a lid, just gotta cut some holes in it and bob's your uncle! two air stones and a big pump so lots of air getting to those roots.

Crap! First go at cloning. wasn't sure if i was doing it right. wouldn't be suprised if that happens. i took a peek in the rockwool and couldn't see any rooting.

dont know the sex of the mumma, hence the clones are for sexing.

temp doesnt vary from day to night, running between 75-80

trying to get it done in time to flower the clones for sexing(if they live).

like everything in my grow, it will be a rush job, as spare time when the wife isn't home is hard to come by. loving every minute though!

Update time.
Been about a month, and I’ve been busy.
Finished construction on my veg room and now have separate areas for veg and flowering.
Pictured below is the veg room behind the plastic on the right, and flowering room at the end, also behind the plastic. Veg room contains the old mumma fed by a flood/drain system, four girls in the bubbler, and 10 clones in a tray fed through a sprinkler/drip type system. The big mumma is suffering due to the amount of clones I cut off her (10 in the tray, and another 10 in the bubler), and because I’m feeding her from the same res as the clones, she is on reduced nutes. The veg room has 1 4 foot fluro and three 28 watt CFL’s. some of you will say not enough light but look at the growth of the plants in the bubbler compared to last update.
Flower room has only 2 four foot warm white fluro’s for now, and I KNOW this is not enough light. But ATM only using it to determine the sex of the big mumma.
Its hard to photograph the rooms cause there's not much space in there. But there they are, veg room to the left is about 1.5m wide x .5m deep x 1.5m high. Flowering room at the back of the space is larger at about 2m wide, 1m deep, and of course the same height at 1.5. there is a large extraction fan in the flowering room, and none in the veg room. there is an intake though that draws fresh air from under the house into the secret space to alow the air being drawn into the flower room to be fresh. There are oscillating fans in both rooms.



Below is inside the veg room,clones on the left, mumma in the middle, bubbler on the left. Mumma looking very sick and stretched after all the abuse i've caused it.



Below is the plants in the bubbler, on full nutes now, dutch master as mentioned before. looking good i think, clones also taken from these for sexing but they died, i think it was to soon to clone them. anywho, i'll try again. funny how the clones i took from the plants in the bubbler died, when i had 100% success with 20 out of 20 clones off the big mumma surviving.



And finally, below are the clones, i have 20 in all, way more than i need but am planning a SOG in the flowering room, need a better light though. I've built a 20litre bubbler for flowering that has room for 8 plants, so i guess i'll choose the 8 strongest for flowering, as long as the sex of the big mumma turns out to be female of course.

if not i've got the 4 in the bubbler to fall back on, so next i'll clone and sex them.

Strange thing is, it is still on 24 light.

How can it flower on 24 light?

Is it because of the extreme stress its been under?

You need to cover the rockwool cubes and ALL root matter so that the light doesn't create algae. Get some panda plastic or something water proof and cover all moist areas.

Also, your feed/watering system is neither one nor another being what looks like drip feed, but with no run to waste? If I were you I'd get the areas covered I mentioned above and either hand feed run to waste, or get the system you have now running to waste.

BTW, that male could have been through the stress of all mentioned above and hence why its flowered under veg lighting and times. IMO.

Am flowering the clones to make sure they are male, and it wasn't the stress that caused the big one to go hermie.

So it's not unheard of for a plant to flower under 24 light?

Nobby, the tray the big one was in was flood/drain - just never got round to filling the tray with clay balls, still worked though. the other tray had misting sprinklers on it that drained into the res under the table. It worked great for the clones, as it kept the humidity up under the tube i was putting over them.

But yeah totally was just throwing shit together as it was all happening. Germinated the seeds as soon as I moved in, before I knew it I was scrambling for time under the house when the wife wasn’t home to try and get set up.

Just put a big bubbler together, cloning the 4 other plants for sexing.

Gotta be a girl there somewhere.
