Second run is scaring me

Whatsup guys. just about to finish curing my first run, and just about knee deep into my second run.. Im running 13 strains from Barney's Farm, critical kush, Pinapple Chuck, and Tangerine Dream. My first run was dinafem genetics and they gave me no problems at all. Im pretty experienced with the basics of plant science from working in several greenhouses in the city, but can't seem to figure out why my babies are looking the way they are, i haven't done anything wrong yet lol. Most of my seedlings are looking healthy, but others are looking more mutated, i wouldn't say sick, and only a few are looking kinda sick. I can't afford to lose these guys because i won't be able to have a summer cycle because it gets way too hot in my room and I'm scared of running an ac and pulling too much electric so these guys gotta live!

Photo one is just a picture of my set up. I got my seedling in plastic cups with cut out drain holes that I'm going to be transplanting into 5 gallon pots next week. They're running under a t5 lighting with constant temperatures around 70 degrees on a 24/0 light cycle. Im growing in fox farms ocean forest and have only been feeding them water, no nutrients yet.

Photo 2 in my opinion is just a terrible phono, but I'm going to give it a run just to see and experiment what comes from it. Photo 3 is and example of the mutant plants i was talking about.. It looks like Fuckin basil bro! Photo 4 is the deficiency/Proficiency… a couple of the plants look like this, and it seems to me like this could be a potential issue… i had to cut a couple of leaves that look like the picture in photo 5, can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong though.. Please help me out guys, id really appreciate the help and love.. We all share the same passion for this plant, were all brothers and sisters, we need to help each other !

I would honestly transplant them now, they would love the extra space and probably bounce back with vigor. How old are they?

Make sure you only add a bit of calmag or whatever nutes as they are in bad state now so you want to make sure they don't get nute burn and your going to have to transplant them now because I personally along with many others who have replied think that the plant has outgrown the cup you have it in.... repot it!
