Cool stuff I ordered some white russian and super lemon haze my beans should arrive in the next few days .. I wont be using CFL's though just 1,000W MH / HPS .. Thinking about doing the white russian first then maybe the SLH next grow. I'm taking notes on the nutrients you are feeding them...

Today we switched the girls to 12/12. Comparatively, the runt in the back shouldn't have been switched into flowering but I really don't want to veg the girls for anymore than they need to.

5 weeks and a day for the Gigabud, Super Lemon Haze (both of whom are HUGE) and the Moby Dick (the little guy). :leaf::leaf::leaf:

And about 4 and a half weeks for the Thai Super Skunk.

Probably should've let em go for longer, but they're over foot high each and so bushy that it's gonna be a real bitch later when they'll explode in pre-flower.

All looks well, hoping to post some pics soon. :bigjoint:

Looking forward to it Ray !

You could very well have some 3ft+ still, if they're over a foot tall.

I'm warning you man, your gonna have a 7 foot tall plant on your hands with that TSS here in a couple months.... those other plants are going to be done in almost half the time she is going to take to flower. I hear it's a great unique buzz but the grow is a mother, I can attest to that second statement first hand...

DAY 3 of 12/12: Here are the girls! Flushed the plants today and did a little LST. The Gigabud on the left is doing beautifully, as is the lanky Super Lemon Haze which took super easily to being bent around.

Speaking of super, the Thai Super Skunk is movin fast. The aforementioned plants also all have really thick stumps which is great :weed:. Even the Moby Dick managed to pop up a bit and get her roots to touch the deep water. I'm super stoked to add a heaping helping of flowering nutes tomorrow.

Uh oh, gotta go smoke a :joint: of sweet blue dream. Enjoy Everybody!!

:peace: Ray Fox :joint:

Haha thanks Ruiner, I'm a little worried about the other two indicas with those two sativas looping all over the place

Also I added a good cocktail of nutes today to help jumpstart the whole flowering process. Everything looks beautiful. Even cleaned the pump.

And even though the Gigabud has taken over the hydro system, I am so hella excited about the Super Lemon Haze. The LST'ing is producing a sideways wall o weed + lollipopped a tad.

Hey there Ray, looking real good man.

If i may. I i suggest sticking a cfl or 2 around the bottoms of the plants. The more light your fan leaves absorbs, the more energy gets spent into making much bigger buds and overall growth.

I've got a crap grow rite now, under some CFLs in some really, really shitty soil. I'm thinking about the whole bubbleponics system and all that vs soil and their benefits. Leaning twards the bubbleponics, but still need more experience in my soil attempts.

Looking real good though man, keep up the good work!

Oh man those pics look so old compared to what's lurking in that closet now! Firstly, you cannot see the lid anymore cause of dense vegetation. :leaf:No lid:leaf:

Next, lots of top action. So quick question, who invented topping (and don't say uncle ben, whoever he is:leaf:). When did we figure out that pot is a fucking head sprouting hydra of a plant?? :eyesmoke:

And now some light Q&A

Samurai! Ha-ya! Frankly sir, you're right. I should stick a few cfl's down there. Thing is, I'm hoping to have eliminated some of that problem by taping the lid of the box and the surrounding closet space with reflective tape. So it helps, but not a cfl.

And if you're looking for a speedy quality grow, I suggest growing hydro. You can be like a little scientist with all your nutes :o and lights and ph what nots. Its a lot of fun! :joint:

Looked hard between the branches to find some tiny pistil action going on. Also, flipped the plants around so all three could get good lighting. New pics coming soon!

So here are my babies (FL Moby Dick runt, RL Super Lemon Haze, BL Thai Super Skunk, BR Gigabud):
photo.jpgphoto(2).jpgphoto(4).jpg

I've turned around the top lid to evenly disperse the light. Also that last picture of my giant Gigabud, is an attempt to document my growing sideways technique. Some tiny pistils are showing up and they appear to be all female. :weed: Fellow growers, I intend to fill this closet to the max. So far, so good. :hump:

Now this one... One of the main cola branches broke and was hanging off by a bit. So I did this little tie it up thing and I believe its growing okay now, a real testament to the resilience of these plants.

Cant wait for budding!!!

:peace: Peace! :joint:

So pleasant twist, the Moby Dick's got her pistils before any of the others. The Gigabud also just got hers, but the Thai and Super Lemon Haze are still growing theirs (as is expected with Sativas). :joint:

Dude Cool Beans!!!!!

congrats on the push!! I guess I'm the only grower too much of a pussy to grow 4 plants at a time. From running through your post I noticed that 2 of your lights stay the same throughout the entire grow. Did you infact change for flowering or?? Thanks Dude..

Ciao...

Well, last time I grew three plants in hydro so I figured why not, I can do four! And actually, I have five lights, two large plant CFLs and three 45 watt CFLs.

What I did was switch the lid of the hydro tub around so the light was equally distributed. Keep growin man!

Dude I think I can mimic your setup in my closet, looks like you have a rubbermaid rough neck resevoir but what is inside it? Are you pumping water up through tubes and letting it drain back in or just keeping the water level up to keep your media wet?

For lighting I have 2 29W CFLS for sides and 150 HPS Overhead it says on the box it will give off 16,000 lumens so I hope it will be enough. Any advice you can give I could use it. Also where do you pick up that nute kit?bongsmilie

Hey everybody, here's more pics!photo.jpgphoto(2).jpg

That's the first flower. Because the Moby Dick started small and flowered early I'm thinking of letting it go as long as one of these Sativas and maybe trying to get an o & 1/2 off.

oh! and I forgot to mention, I've been experimenting with growing methods for my plants and not only are they all very different genetically, but they are also being grown differently; I'll explain: The Moby Dick is the runt, The Super Lemon Haze has been split into four main stems from the center, The Gigabud is being grown horizontally with tops coming up from the horizontal main stem, and the Thai Super Skunk is also being LST'd horizontally except for the central top which was split into three central tops. Only time will reveal exactly what I mean haha but you'll see soon!

Sounds like a good amount of light, 10,000 lumens is about the power of the sun. And yes, I am using a premade stealth hydro kit, with a 6 gal reservoir, water pump, and air pump.

The nute kit I'm using is from off the stealth hydroponics website. I honestly believe that anyone can do what I am doing, I
scrogged 3 White Ice in a box, and in comparison, this is the grow of my dreams.
