The lights im using right now is 2x 60 watt red light fluos, and 3x 24 watt coolwhite fluos. i hope this will suffice through my planned 3 week vegetation.

^^will slow down the stretching... also move the lights closer in, inch over the top of the plant. and have the floro placed horizontal and us a reflector;)

Hey time for an update. They are 10-12 days old now. ill need some feedback on this... im planning to get liquid seaweed, bone meal(when, and how do i introduce bone meal to my plants?) i also want to buy mylar at Rona but for now im using shitty tin foil. its a royal pain lol. and am plannig to buy dry ice. in an area 2x3x4 how much would i need to make it evaporate to my plant level? And as soon as the cotlydeons fall off im going with cactus nutes. its schultz 2 7 7.. last time i used it it worked fine. made the plant look thicker and healthier. had less of a purple stem at the bottom afterwards. Feedback will be apreciated. thanks here are some pics.
8-12 days old:mrgreen: they look happy from the looks of it.

ditch the tin foil and paint flat white until you can get mylar. flat brilliant white ceiling paint will reflect more light than aluminum foil and won't result in hot spots. Plus, it's not electrically conductive.

Can't help you with the organic nutes, but if you post in the Organics forum you'll get a helpful answer. I personally don't care if my nutes come from radioactive aborted baby seals, as long as they work.

Well thanks dude! finally someone answer lol:)
i'm not too fond of organix, but i'll tell you what i can; bone meal is usually mixed in with soil, it adds phosphorous to the soil and is slow acting, lasts for awhile...

2-7-7 is the wrong values for veg, ideally you want n to be the highest, p to be the lowest, and k to be in between. in flower, you'll want more k than p and n.

hope this helps...

I'm very fond of organics.

kp is correct. However, for starting out..I'd (as I said in another of yer threads) get a complete hydro nute and go 1/3 strength on every watering...or full-strength every 3rd watering rather than mix amendments in the soil (you can't control what happens later) or mix up your own combo of ferts in hopes of covering all the mineral elements/ferts the plant needs.

I'd scrap the dry ice and spend my cash on LIGHTING.
