Second GROW 3 Plants 350 or So.. watts

RO contains no impurities, but some people argue that tap water contains the trace elements the plant needs. If its ph'd and dechlorinated. See what norcal says
 
idk man.. you know what is in the water exactly.

all i know is i was using tap water and getting ok yeild, but once i switched i noticed a maybe 20% increase. and it seemed they just grew all around healthier.

i dont like tap. could have a buch of one thing none of another, and be different every time i turn the fauset on.
 
A lot of tap waters are treated with Chloramines , I have read RO is a good way to get rid of it. It can stay in the water longer than 24 hours of sitting out . Using chemical dechlorinators will break it up, but it leaves the ammonia in the water still. (Chloramines are Chlorine/hydrogen/ammonia). I have also read when using RO water extra cal/mag is often required to replace the elements the plants would normally get from regular water. If your county/municapality has a website you should be able to find out what your water is treated with. My guess is its less if you live in an area that has ok water to begin with and more in big cities. chorine/choramine can block your plants calcium intake.

yup cal/mag and a potassium silicate needs to be added to RO water to make it a water solution to be used every watering and is ready to have extra nutes added also such as grow or bloom ferts.

what about the difference between ph'd and non ph'd water from a tap?

and i got mit im doing pretty good for leaving for 4-6dys to go party in my home town and i leave a bottle of water that i have put a small hole in the top of the lid an on the top of the lid is a pce from a sprayer whick has small holes so the water comes out of the bottle slow and its able to give me 4-6 days away from watering

looking good, only disappointment is that its lo-cal monster.. tut tut lol :D

Do you have any shots of the cab/grow area as a whole not just of the plant? I like seeing the set-up as much as if not more than the grow sometimes!
