Step 1: Turn off purple lights and take pics in regular light. It makes it much easier to see what's going on.

Step 2: list your grow info. Lights, temps, humidity, feed, water frequency, media, etc.... That can all help get us to the right answer to help you out.

It kinda looks like too much nitrogen, but it's hard telling in that light.

They both look fairly healthy, the one on the left looks stunted. You said you got 3 oz off that light so it's functional but a cheap china quantum board would rock that tent. Have you considered a breeder like mephisto or mosca? I've had 4 foot autos from a few different breeds, magic strains, ronin garden, gnome have all produced huge plants for me. Have you considered using coco perlite and a nutrient like gh trio ftw? Just my thoughts

Hi im using coco perilite mix with added nutrition as for the small plant its a different strain not sure if that matters or if it is indeed stunted

"The Claw" - too much N.
2nd grow...not bad.

IMO - more light & no more blurples.
Got a fan on them?
A tomato cage might be an idea, your plants look a little spindly & might need support when those buds grow.

Good luck
