Hey whats up R.I.U !

So in my part of Canada , outdoor growing is coming to end , I have 2 little girls (which I ment to keep small and discreet ) in my garden and one should be ready when all is time, but the other I fucked around with and tried different thing at different times ( I know Dumb, But, you cant learn unless you try, Right?) and her growth has been SLLOOOWWW, So my question is whats the best way to bring her out of the ground into a pot, and during the warm days I can keep her out side and the cooooler nights I can keep her in the warmer full windowed 4 seasons room. just untill shes ready, She looks good and wants to produce and I feel Time will only do it!. So give me your me you trans planting technique ideas if possible Id love to hear what you have all done with yours!.
Blue Skies!

it will be really tough to uproot a plant without stressing it since the roots have expanded quite extensively.

you gotta dig around the plant go as wide as possible and as deep as possible to get as much of the root mass as you can.

Yeah, in order to not stress it too badly you need to literally dig the dirt up with the root ball as if it were a pot. If the dirt crumbles and it is just bare root, you're fucked. Put a lil rooting hormone in the bottom of the pot if you didn't get a good rootball. Yeah, just dig a perfect circle around it(how big? may be had to do by yourself) and lift the rootball into the pot with some supersoil(if you have it) on the bottom.

yeah I figured id have to just dig wide and deep and hope for the best, PIP, there only small, I live in the middle of the city I have to have something that mixes in with the tomatoes and brussle sprouts ( which Grow HUGE!) and some peppers, Try to keep them with the end of year finishing things you know, But the one girl is what Im worried about, shes just tiny and shity looking tobe honest but wants to push, and its sister is just chunking up by the night, but will also be rather small but SUPER White and dense and Crystaly, I'll get some pictures here soon, it will help.
