Sealed Grow Room - Insulation/Walls

Working on a grow room in my basement. Just poured self leveler this AM to get things level and a good flat surface to work on. I am looking for advice on what to use to insulate the walls and ceiling. I would like to prevent very cold days and very hot days from affecting inside the sealed room. Furthermore I am looking to prevent moisture, mold, mildew, bugs. I want this room to be as clean as possible

Yeah spray foam if you’re handy like that. The DIY spray kit at big box is a few hundred but you can do a smaller room depending on thickness.
may want to look into rigid foam board insulation; currently have my tent in a garage inside a box I made. 80*F in tent. 15*F outside today Makes it like 26*F in garage

there’s then after that foam board, moisture resistant drywall and with a good tape and spackle and some caulking in other areas you can probably make it pest resistant if not proof.
use batt insulation in the ceiling. As much can fit, r30 area depending

hey man im a licensed carpenter where i live. i just built a sealed room with the same dimensions last year. id recommend spray foam for a perfect seal. however you can use batts of insulation instead for the added sound proofing just make sure your 6 mil poly is installed correctly using accoustic sealant i personally went with batts because i wanted the sound proofing i dislike hearing fans and pumps and whatnot going. theres alot of debate about what to cover the walls with there are many different products out there. i went with what i was most familiar with i used mold resistant drywall and primed with products that are mold resistant after i did the plastering then i did the classic flat white paint. i really like how you put down some self leveler you can get epoxy tinted white at some paint stores id recommend white epoxy for the floor. dont forget to run your lines for your mini split and get the natural gas line for your co2 think about where that will run from. also think about where the a/c condensate and your dehumidifier will drain to. i took alot of pictures as i built the room you can click through mine if you want it'll prolly give you some ideas. i think i started taking photos in this post it spans a couple pages i think https://www.rollitup.org/t/not-another-grow-journal.898632/post-15569559

no problem if you have any really specific questions just take some good photos about what your asking about i can probably answer most questions as far as carpentry goes. i dont know nothing about gas fitting i had a friend of a friend of mine that had his liscense do that for me. should check out the diy mini splits i think theres a few brands out there i ended up installing mine myself with the exception of the electrician running the 240v circuit for that outside.

I have a mini split in my bed room I'm hoping to repurpose it to the basement haha also planning to use bottled CO2 way too nervous about using a burner. Thanks again.
