Placed a small order through SOS for my first time trying them b/c of that promo they ran. Ordered from the 'tude same day also and got the beans from the 'tude 2 days ago, still waiting on SOS.
 
Same for me Upstate. My SOS order just came. Things were intact and I am happy with the results. Yours will be there today or tomorrow I bet.
 
Its probably on the plane or sitting at the airport waiting to get scanned. I ordered Sunday morning, got tracking Tuesday afternoon, checked today and Royal Mail says its in the USA. USPS says Royal Mail is still prepping. Ill probably receive them on Monday. So far they are faster than Attitude.

I ordered tuesday lastweek, got tracking sat, reached canada monday, no update since...
 
I'm in no rush, just nervous about customs... If I were sitting on nothing I could see myself getting impatient, but it would really be my fault for not having myself covered. We should probably all just be grateful we're getting what we want for these prices.
 
Don't fall for the royal mail tracking bro! It's bullshit!!! When you see it on your Canada post website then it's in your country. Royal mail said that mine had reached the destination country and it took another week before it got here in oz. Royal mail sucks assssss....

Anyone else have issues with SoS and sagepay this weekend?
I attempted to place 2 orders, and both had issues.
No order info from SoS, yet sagepay charged my CC both times.
SoS stated they had issues with security and it's been opened up more.
Doesn't help much now when you can't order because they've reserved money on your CC and wont release it.
SoS stated it may take 3 days for it to show up. Contacted them after 3 days and now they are stating 5 more days.

Anyone else have this issue?
 
@tw21dn....that sucks. I hope everything works out in the end. I hope a really near end. Have you emailed them the statement from sagepay/CC?
 
Guess they're still having issues with their new system, they haven't update the today only deals for like 3 days.

My first order placed on 30th May and its still "processing". Anyone else still stuck at "processing" status??
 
I would be immensely mad if this was me. I never had problems with them in the past, but after the info debacle I just stayed away, and am glad I did. I hope you get this worked out. Peace out.
 
Thanks all...Hopefully this all works out. Glad to hear it was not everyone, unfortunately it was me...
Needless to say, I'm not real happy with my experience with the new SoS web site launch...
