Part 1
So, around two weeks ago I placed a very small order for 1 pack of White Widow by Female Seeds. I'd contacted EM regarding a change in the auto flowering seeds.
The response was swift and very polite.
So my order arrives and I immediately check the freebies to see what I was given and here is what I got...
2x Black Domina/Rosseta Stone(should have been 1)
4x 7/8 Sour(should have been 2)
4x Sleetstack/Skunk #1(should have been 2)
2x Northern Lights/Chronic(should have been 1)
So I pretty much doubled my free seeds just by asking if I could have the auto's removed.
Conclusion: Very happy, as I basically doubled my seeds.
Part 2
So even though I didn't notice this straight away, the response was very good. I noticed last week that I didn't have White Widow, I have "Iced White Widow", now even though I was and still am happy with it(cost me about $20), I just queried EM to see what was going on. Conclusion: Is that not just fantastic customer service or what? Even though the order was very small and inexpensive, he still took the time to take it seriously and has said that he'll duly compensate even though I didn't ask for that.
10/10 from me.
P.S.
For the kids who rage before having their problems resolved, this is how you do it. You don't go spouting bullshit on the forums with out having a conclusion first. I see it as childish and a way to gain more than you're entitled too.
Wait for the final outcome before making a thread, it becomes more useful that way and you don't look like a total muppet.
I hope this gives others an incentive to order with SoS.
