SEA OF SEEDS bad customer service

I tried to place an order with SOS today and had trouble getting the MAR20 discount to apply. Basically when I put the discount code in nothing happens. I sent them an email figuring they would take care of my order and give me the march discount but I guess they don't want my business. They basically told me that it's my problem because other people have been able to order and get the discount to apply.

This concerns me and is a bad first impression.

Looks like I won't ever be ordering from SOS.

This exact same thing happened to me when I ordered the 1st time. It's you, not the site- I promise. Go thru the process again, and put the code in the proper place at the proper time and you'll see, it works fine. I emailed them when it happened to me and they were a lot nicer in their response back. Just go thru it again, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Now I see the problem. The promotion is for orders over 30 pounds and I was trying to place an order for something that was 28 pounds.

It doesn't say that the promotion is for orders over 30 pounds anywhere on the home page where they are advertising the promotion.

As far as I'm concerned it's on them not me. They shouldn't have left out that critical piece of info and they should have mentioned it in their stupid email to me.

Especially since when you put in the promo code you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can't see the error message that comes up on the top of the page. WTF

What I remember is you are entering the discount code TOO EARLY........there is a later time to enter it and it will work fine. Maybe I'll do an order and let you know.....check back in 10 minutes.

Try it for yourself and see if you can get it to work, I'm baffled.

Ive ordered from SOS several times and there were a couple times when I put in the promo code I received nothing... But I tell you, the seeds are well worth not getting a discount...although I do think they should fix that error... There's actually a rollitup promo discount I think it's like 11% off... Try that...happy growing!!

I entered MAR20 and it worked fine.........maybe clean your cookies. Start over, but I had no problem at all.

When I added more seeds the promo is working for me. I just wish they would have included that important piece of info in their advertisment for the promo since I wasted time messing with it.

Ya finally. I was going to get blue dream from SOS but i think I'm going to just order through sannie again as usual.

I read somewhere that the only way to get the "real" blue dream that is famous in cali is from a clone and that humbolt's blue dream is actually their version and not the real thing.

Through sannie I'll either wait for sugar punch or do shackzilla again b/c I'm familiar with that strain. I'm also looking at getting caramel cough. He's got a pic of caramel cough on his site and it looks frosty.

No hard feeling against SOS, I just wish they would have been more thorough in their advertising for their promo and also not blown me off when I emailed them. They also should update their site with more info about the freebies.

It's there. When you try to key in the code without spending enough a message does come on the screen. I saw it on 3-1-13 when I tried to key it in for under $100 purchase.
