Sea of green room set up

Hey guys.. i build a secret room in my house for the flowering stage..is about 1.25m×1.25m and 2.65 in hight
600w hps (you think i should buy an 1000w?)
For mom and clones i have a regular room in my house this room is 5m×5m .. with cfl for clones and hm for mom ..
My qustion is do you think i shold change between the room?
How many plant on a 6" bucket would you think i could flower each time?

Or may be to make the flowering room with 2 system i have 2.65m high there i can make it a 1.3m so when the lower stage done hes 12h i put the other stage in the cycle
