Wooo! Temp is hovering between 80-85 degrees. What should my humidity be at right now?

Haha thank you! Do you think I should pull the hood off and move the lights closer? When would be a good time do that
85 is a touch warm, I wouldn't be pushing the light closer until you have that lowered to 78 or so. But the dome might also be holding some heat in there, idk. Seedlings, clones, weak plants like high humidity. Flower u typically want humidity 50% or below to prevent molds and fungus. As far as opening your plants, does your dome have adjustable vents? I would wait a few days, crack them a touch... then go like half open a few later, then completely open for a few before finally removing the dome. You don't have to do it like this, but it helps reduce stress/shock on the plant due to rapid change. But it is not required.

Exactly what I do....but 80 85 is ok....agreed on it is a tad high but as long as they are not showing any stress they will be fine......if it gets any higher for sure move the light up.......

I do think it is is the hood holding in heat. I will keep them in and shut the vents for now! Update you guys tomorrow. The droopy leaves are already perking up so I feel good

As long as you have a constant breeze from a oscillating fan over your plants, 85 should be ok. My temps sometimes get to 86...a little high but you could also just buy a cheap C02 Generator or make a DIY one and you'd be golden. :-)

Ok, so I am a little confused though.. I have them in the germination box with the dome on it and the vents closed all the way, how would I get a breed in there? Right now I have a 6" fan blowing up at the light and a 29" tower fan in the corner of the tent oscillating. Do you think this will be ok? Also, any tips to raise the humidity under the dome besides a wet paper towel? The towel get dry so quick

Oh haha, sorry, didn't notice the dome...doh! Well, I think you'll be fine fan wise unless you can run so...but when there's no dome definitely have a breeze on the plants.

You can cut up sponges and use those, work a lot better than paper towels. :-)

They are fine how they are for now....and to raise humidity just put a sock in there, not a stinky one..lol....or any cloth.......it will stay wet longer......

The tent went up to 86 so I moved the light up about an inch and now have the tower fan blowing heat away from the box and out of the tent!

Good shit, if you can be sure to exhaust the room they're getting air from...otherwise you'll be in-taking the same hot air you're exhausting, and no amount of fans will change that, just AC and good ventilation.

Yeah for sure! I got some 4" ducting today to set up the intake fan. I will set it up tomorrow
