Scrub or exhuast? Please help

im in my final stage, the ladies are ready to flower. i am really not sure to exhuast with the 6x24 phresh filter or seal the room and use the filter to scrub, i have a 600hps with ducting the air out for another source. the room is getting fresh a/c from the house. please HELP. SHOULD I SCRUB OR EXHUAST
