Scrogging

Hello all, I have a question I’m not to familiar with scrogging I have a 4x8 net with two 600 Hps . I’ve attempted to scrog before but it always grows through the net . Right now I have 12 plants about 4 foot tall all topped … is it to late to throw a net on top and push them down ??

It seems like you'd want to start bending them through the screen well and truly before 4ft...thats pretty big...like half of your tent height? So I wouldn't bother. Now or ever. Screens sre overrated imo.

Thank you for your response what do you think I should do with them ? Very healthy and showing no signs of stress . I could obv take cuttings off then but I would like to flower them so it’s not a waste . What do you think I should do ?

You need to bring your net lower like 6-7 inches above the rim of your pot and then pend the plant under the net and run it horizontally with the net till about three weeks after starting flower and then let them run up through the net. Topping them as you go thru your veg stage. I run my net like 5 inches above the pot and take everything off under the net

So you’re saying it’s still possible to put a net on them with success based on the pictures I sent posted above ? I just don’t wanna waste my time I’m thinking about just laying the net on top of them and hoping for the best haha

Post some pics of the main stalk what will be under the net and the whole area it’s hard to say with the other pictures

Yeah lollipop them and then lay the net down slowly while sorting out the branches so that they don't break. You can adjust them once they are scrogged, you really just want to get them under the net without breaking necks.

I usually have the back half of the net lowered to where I want it and then bring the rest down at an angle, much like a wet mount slide. The whole time slowly working the branches to a general area from back to front as I keep lowering.
