Scrogging examples

For anyone interested, the following video is of my current DWC/Scrog grow with CBD Medi Haze.

Also, I started a thread which has sort of become my grow journal, but others have chimed in with their ideas/practices on DWC and scrogging. It may help some of you, so feel free to check it out :)

Nice plant but does just growing a plant through a screen constitute a scrog? Don't most try to fill the area before flip or at least 75% or so of it?

yea you need to weave yr shoots through the netting. there is still time to do it. the point of scrog is to get yr shoots running horizontally to allow the bottom popcorn buds to be able to form their own "shoot", if you will.

Well no, scrogging usually implies filling out as much of the net as possible, or as much of the net as suits your needs, depending on many factors such as space, time, lighting, etc.
You can top, lst, fim, lollipop, crush/supercrop, weave, etc... I did all, bar fimming because I prefer topping.
My net is just over 1sq metre, but didn't feel the need to fill it out fully because I like to keep to 2sq feet per 600w for optimal light penetration and distribution.

Agreed, to a certain point though.
There are other ways to go about it.
As I told the gentleman above, there are many different factors, but these plants have shot up within the past 12 days, and I prefer not to touch them too much once they're in flower, not to mention that there are probably close to 50 tops.

Ahhh ok, just did not see much of the weaving. I do think you easily can cover that square meter with your 600 so don't let that limit you. I cover a space over 2 meters in length and over 1 meter wide with a 600 and some of the biggest stuff is at the edges. I hope to try a scrog sometime soon.

Most of the weaving was done early on, but as my screen is able to move up/down, it doesn't appear as if I did any lol but yeah I'm sure the results will be some of the best I've had... hopefully :)

To a certain point, as in, there is sometimes no need to bend plants horizontally, because excessive topping, and spacing your branching evenly can also give you the same (roughly) desired result.
I supercropped all the branches after my 2nd round of topping, and I find that it allows for more shoots to reach the canopy at roughly the same growth rate, and allows them to have a more similar height. If I keep weaving horizontally, I run out of efficient space, and end up with shoots which are very different in height.
