16cm??? That's a little over 6 inches.. I have a 600how air cooled hood and I am over 15" away. I would back them off regardless..imho

Yea thats why i say iron and zink because they get locked out with pk excess and the yellowing in those deficiencies start on tops new grow, also pk cause mag and cal lockout

wait a couple waterings before you give it any more pk. then feed every other watering.
this is if your ph is on point, if its PH causing that just get it to the right range and it will stop.

Any solution?
You say ur ph is in the 6.3-6.5 right? then like i say since the beginning when i did ma guess its a salt build up locking out micros for feeding twice a week, or a pk excess locking out same micros zink and iron this def start on tops getting yellow, also locks out calcium and magnesium, but it looks more like zink and iron def

Yeah fist get that ph down a little. I shoot for 6.0 in soil, to me it appears to be a sweet spot for all the micro and macr nutes to be absorbed by the roots. Chech the ph if your run off water as well and see what that is. If the oh if your run off is higher the you have a salt build up and a lock out issue. I would not rule out a nitrogen deficiency, im not familiar with the nutes you are use so i do t know how much N you are feeding.

I will say n is out of the picture since n starts from bottom, and she has yellowing on tops
