Scrog or just grow big

So i have one plant in a 5gal bucket in a 400watt cab veggin with 150 actual watt cfls till i get my balast back up and running...so i made a scrog screen 24inch long x16 inch wide doing 2 inch squares ...u guys think i would get a bigger yield doin the scrog or just vegging one big plant in the cab ...strain is big buddhas cheesy dick

I would do LST and scrog that should get amazing results.

monstercrop it, veg->flower.. 18-21 days into flower->re-veg for a bit.. -> flower -> finish/harvest/dry/cure

Ya so just fill in that screen i figure thatd be a bigger yield just cuz more light spread
