Scrog net after stretch?

Looking for some advice on if it's worth using a scrog net after the stretch.

I have a plant that is in it 3rd week of flower , she's quite a bushy plant with a lot of foliage , my light source is only a 250 watt Led so I'm trying to get as much of the light to penetrate as much of the plant as possible to maximise yield and reduce popcorn buds.

I'm thinking of using a scrog net to open the plant up and let a lot more light penetrating her.

What do you guys think is it worth it

Looks ok, but if you open it up you’ll catch more light.. so go for it if it’s not a hassle

I have been growing a bushy strain and scrogging was key. I pushed the net down and pulled the main branches apart directly underneath. Defoliated the interior a bunch too.

Individual plants looked like this at harvest. Had great bud formation all the way down.

dont know if you can scrog but you can use the net to sepereate them a little popcorns should get more light and to be some sort of a suppport when big bud comes

Plants get knocked over in nature all the time. Flatter the better.
