SCroG Grow

I am trying a SCroG grow for the first time after my last grow was too tall for my indoor space. I am using a DWC hydroponic system, and starting the plants with T-4s during the 18 hour veg cycle. When I switch to bloom, I am on the 12 hour light cycle and switching my t-4s to the t-4 bloom bulbs. I am also adding CFLs during the bloom cycle.
I have built a SCroG on top of the lid of my reservoir. It will allow me to make water changes without damaging the "girls". My question is regarding how to use the SCroG. I have done a lot of research, but I can't quite seem to understand the proper way to use the SCroG. Do I keep pulling the tops that poke through, back down under the SCroG? What is the best way to "lay" the leaves under the screen? Where would be the best place to put my main cola? When do I stop pulling the branches back through the screen?

so...I'm doing my first scrog now. I suggest you do a search for the 2 scrog threads on this site..one was started by Woodsman. Also, there are some great videos on you tube. I probably learned the most from the videos cause they actually show you how to do it. You aren't weaving the tops through - you're just moving the top over to the next hole when it gets long enough to reach. what happens is...as you pull the branches underneath the screen..tops start sprouting from those branches. You keep adjusting the scrog until about 2 weeks into flower...or when the stretch has stopped...then you just let it go. here's a pic from my scrog about 2 weeks ago.

dont forget to FIM with scrog... if you don't then you're not realizing the full potential of it. so really there shouldn't be a main cola. I heard about people who weave and they don't do it twice... end up filling all the holes with stems that should be below the screen, not filling it. As Rucha said, push it back through and pop it back up through the next hole, moving away from the centre.
